Laminate

Laminate is a highly durable flooring product that was developed to replicate the beauty of tile, stone, natural wood and other more expensive flooring options with the easy maintenance you would expect from a resilent floor.

Because of its durability, it's a perfect floor for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, or any room that is moisture-prone or has a lot of traffic. It's the ideal floor for those with mite allergies.

Maintenance Free - Laminate is virtually a maintenance-free floor. Ordinary vacuuming or sweeping is usually all it takes to clean laminate flooring, although it's recommended to occasionally apply a laminate cleaner.

Laminate is a multi-layered product. It's surface is actually a high resolution image that replicates natural products such as hardwood or stone printed onto a thin layer which is then treated with a top wear layer. Laminate floors are floating floors, meaning that they aren't attached to the subfloor. Underlayments provide padding for walking comfort and noise reduction. The underlayments also add heat insulation and they eliminate moisture.
